Christa Glennie Seychew

 

Christa Glennie Seychew is the owner of Nickel City Chef, a freelance writer and the author of two regional cookbooks, host of Buffalo’s Industry Night, a consultant, and a passionate Buffalonian with her finger on the pulse of the city’s emerging food scene. An advocate for farms and the use of local food in restaurants before it became de rigueur, Seychew has dedicated a third of her adult life and more than half of her heart to the region’s independent restaurants and family farms.
